There is no fee for paying with a checking account. The City of Seal Beach accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for which there is a service fee of 3% of your payment amount and will be charged as a separate transaction. These service fees are assessed by the credit card associations and do not go to the City of Seal Beach.
